Впервые столица России станет местом проведения крупнейшей выставки собак — Чемпионата мира World Dog Show.

Международная кинологическая ассоциация FCI существует уже 100 лет, и за это время ни один из городов России не принимал всемирных чемпионатов, проводимых ассоциацией.

Кинологи и заводчики России видят в предстоящем событии редкий шанс показать миру национальные породы собак, которыми по праву гордится российское собаководство. Российские собаки не раз становились призерами престижных всемирных чемпионатов. Теперь им предстоит показать себя во всей красе на своей территории.

World Dog Show-2016 пройдет в Москве
Российская кинологическая федерация объявила о победе в конкурсе на право проведения чемпионата мира World Dog Show
Одна из наиболее престижных выставок собак World Dog Show проводится с 1971 года и традиционно собирает тысячи участников и гостей. Проводится это грандиозное мероприятие каждый год в разных странах. Так, например, в 2010 году гостей принимала Дания. А в этом году с 7 по 10 июля чемпионат мира проходит в Париже и четвероногие участники, в том числе и из России, уже вышли на ринги. Кстати, россияне каждый год очень активно принимают участие в World Dog Show и не раз занимали призовые места.
А в 2016 году впервые в истории чемпионата World Dog Show пройдет в России. Организатором мероприятия выступит Российская кинологическая федерация. Предварительно проведение чемпионата запланировано на конец июня в московском ВЦ «Крокус Экспо Центр».

Впервые в истории права проведения Чемпионата Мира World Dog Show удостоена Москва. Самая большая в мире выставка собак пройдет в России в 2016 году, организатором мероприятия будет выступать Российская кинологическая федерация.


Это знаменательное мировое шоу проводится ежегодно в одной из стран мира. За 100 лет существования Международной кинологической федерации (FCI – Fédération Cynologique Internationale) чести проведения данного кинологического мероприятия были удостоены страны Европы и Америки.

Данную выставку посещают огромное количество участников и зрителей, а их число постоянно растет. Так, в 2008 году в Стокгольме World Dog Show собрал 11 тысяч собак, столько же четвероногих друзей приняла годом позже Братислава, а в 2010 году в датском Хернинге их было представлено уже 15 тысяч.

Для страны, где проводится Чемпионат Мира, World Dog Show является уникальной возможностью представить национальные породы собак. Россияне ежегодно активно принимают участие и не раз становились победителями и призерами Чемпионата Мира в разных странах.

Собачий бомонд со всего света съедется в Россию в 2016 году – впервые за всю историю Москва станет хозяйкой всемирного кинологического чемпионата Дог-шоу /Dog Show/. По оценкам организаторов, своих питомцев на него привезут около 30 тысяч хозяев со всего мира. Об этом сообщила сегодня корр. ИТАР-ТАСС представитель Российской кинологической федерации /РКФ/ Елена Савёлова.
Она убеждена, что московское Dog Show "будет разительно отличаться от всего того, что проводили другие страны ранее". Тем более что чемпионат решено приурочить к 25-летию Российской кинологической федерации, которое также отмечается в 2016 году.
В РКФ заверили, что постараются сделать это одно из самых значимых событий для российской кинологии запоминающимся и необычным. "У нас есть много интересных задумок, которые мы будем разрабатывать и реализовывать, времени еще много, за 5 лет все успеем", - добавила представитель Савёлова.
Она также рассказала, что выбор страны-хозяйки Dog Show проходил в Париже путем закрытого голосования между делегатами стран FCI /Международная кинологическая федерация/ на Генеральной ассамблее, которая состоялась с 3 по 6 июля. В голосовании принимали участие 57 стран, и 33 из них отдали свои голоса России. Представитель РКФ отметила, что победа была нелёгкой, "так как России противостоял очень сильный конкурент Эквадор, который поддерживали Латинская Америка и Азиатские регионы".
Савёлова добавила, что уже известны точные даты и место проведения чемпионата – он пройдёт
в Москве в "Крокус Экспо" с 24 по 27 июня 2016 года.

Dear Friends and Colleagues,
I think that we can no longer remain aloof from the problems imposed on us by the AKC. Problems that, ostensibly, Russia is not suitable country for the World Dog Show-2016 as it adopts a "antigay" law.
First, where does the AKC when it comes to the WDS of the FCI member which is not a game?
Second, where does this law, which does not affect the rights of sexual minorities, and directed against the promotion of homosexuality among children and adolescents, and to protect them from sexual abuse?
In the third, where the grounds for a claim for transfer of WDS-16 in another country, more tolerant in the discussed matter?
Is 18 years of stay in the FCI RKF (1995 - Contract Partner, 1999 - Associate Member, 2003 - Full Member) had at least one case of discrimination against members of the numerous exhibitions held RKF, on the basis of sexual orientation? RKF spends the vast territory of the country for at least thousands of dog shows a year. And this year, they number 1039. Since the adoption of the "antigay" law State Duma (Russian Parlament) in the first reading was 7 months ago. During this time in Russia there were more than 500 shows, which were attended by a variety of dog owners, regardless of their sexual orientation. At these shows judged the judges, including many overseas, and not one of them has not undergone any intimidation or harassment, although not all of them were heterosexual. Dog breeding addicted to all kinds of people who share one - they love dogs, and millions of people. Pure bred dogs unite them, and no difference in the profession, or political opinions, religious beliefs, age, social status, sexual preference, different citizenship can not separate them. They can not, because they all seek joint efforts to improve the dogs breeds, and the path to that is through the exchange of experience and breeding material, in which there are deep friendship based on mutual respect for the real enthusiasts for all their differences among themselves. So here is where the subject of homosexuality, fanned by some foreign colleagues, who, by the way, not just judged dogs at shows in Russia and always greeted welcome and respect? Why they and other colleagues should be afraid of staying in Russia, if they are not going to engage in the promotion of homosexuality among children and adolescents? Why are not afraid of the notorious law members of the World Athletics Games taking place in Russia today? Is athletes other people than dog lovers? AKC leaders with their demand to ban the holding of WDS-16 in Russia, besides the fact that they had no right to interfere in the activities of the FCI, showed incompetence - they still worth it to pay attention to the position of U.S. President Barack Obama, who as a qualified lawyer evaluated all aspects of the situation in Russia after the adoption of mentioned above law and opposed the boycott Olympics World Winter Games 2014 in Sochi. RKF is deeply involved in all activities of the FCI, and in less than 20 years of its entry into this world organization, in essence it has achieved the greatest success, which, needless to say - they are known to all, both for its quality and quantity indicators. Remember even Europasieger show in Dortmund dedicated to the centennial of the FCI, which all podium in the main ring in determining the BIS took only Russian dogs! And it happened when judging the Chairman of the FCI - Judges Commission Horst Kliebenstein. Let us remember the last WDS-13 in Budapest, which was attended by 2,837 Russian dog owners and only one American ... One gets the distinct impression that the notorious "antigay" law - the only reason for the wave of hype raised to try to take away the right to host RKF WDS -16, and the reason is to slow down the progress of RKF in the way of its active participation in the progress of the dog world.
As the first President of RKF, for whom it was a matter of life to achieve the entry of RKF in the FCI as a judge and breeder with 50 years of experience and as a just dog lover, I appeal to all my colleagues, friends and strangers, I appeal to all dog lovers of pure bred dogs world, devoid of borders, stop the beginning of confusion. I am convinced that the RKF will hold a WDS-16 at the highest level. And in the course of that WDS you will be able once again to make sure our hospitality and friendliness to all participants and guests, without distinguishing between them on any grounds, as we love dogs and those who love them.

Dear All Facebook Friends and the World-Wide Community of Dog Lovers,

Regarding the AKC letter addressed to the FCI with the request to move the 2016 World Dog Show from Moscow, I would like to note the following:

One of the main and unconditional requirements for any organization which wants to join the FCI and become its member is that such an organization shall be a public non-political and non-profit making organization.
The Russian Kynological Federation (the RKF) duly performed to all these requirements 13 years ago when it became a member of the FCI and since that time the RKF has been strictly and continuously complying with the effective policies and procedures adopted by the FCI, i.e. the RKF is a purely public organization which is not involved in neither political discussions or disputes. At the same time, being a public organization registered at the territory of the Russian Federation, the RKF respects and acts in accordance with the effective Russian legislation. Moreover, like any other European Canine Organization, has no right to interfere with any political issues – it is what the Law says and what we all should respect and accept!

As for the AKC, it is a joint-stock company, which is not a member of the FCI but at the same time the AKC is persistently trying to exert pressure on the FCI and its members and enforce its decisions.
At the same time, we should not forget that the AKC ignores the FCI Breed Standards and does not recognize them; the AKC does not recognize the titles received by dogs at FCI shows of any level; the AKC does not recognize the FCI judges and requires from them an authorization from the AKC. Nevertheless, the AKC has circulated its request to change the location of the WDS 2016 which actually a direct interference with the FCI’s internal activities and decisions.
The AKC has no right to interfere with the FCI events because the AKC contributes nothing to the FCI’s international shows – for instance, there were only 4 American participants at the WDS in Mexoco and only one at the WDS in Budapest.

As for LGTB rights in the World, the AKC should know that there are approximately 160 other countries where people of the same sex are not allowed to have partnership/spouse relations. Even in America, most States do not allow their citizens to legally register homosexual relations while the AKC is trying to create in image of the organization protecting the rights of homosexual people. By the way, has the AKC already prepared a list of countries where the WDS can be organized in their opinion? What is the country where the FCI shall move the WDS 2016, according to the Board of the AKC?

Probably, if the AKC is trying to be involved in political and social issues, particularly regarding protection of LGTB rights, then first of all the AKC should focus on observance of these human rights across America, shouldn’t they? Can the AKC give any examples with some positive outcomes illustrating how the AKC helped to protect human rights, including those of LGTB community? I do not believe they can and they will.

In my opinion, there are a few countries, Finland or Holland, for instance, which have the right to file and spread demands and proposals like what the AKC has spread all over the world of dog lovers, but not America which still tolerates the existence of Guantanamo detention camp and a lot of other vague manifestations of true “struggling” for equal and fair human rights. The AKC is mentioning its concern about observance of LGTB rights in Russia but at the same what the AKC has done to abolish the death penalty in their own country, for instance – for me killing people even if they committed a serious crime is far more against human rights than the problems in Russia the AKC is referring to. Don’t you think so?

All dog people in Europe and in Russia should join together and oppose the attempt of the AKC to ruin one of the basic principles of the FCI reflected in its Statutes, i.e. the FCI shall promote friendly relations in society for humanitarian objectives. We all should protect our friendly relations not letting political games of any kind interfere with or cause harm to our relations and distort true objectives of the FCI and European canine community, i.e. safeguarding canine health and carrying out national and international dog activities to enhance the relations between dogs and humans – these are the values which have nothing to do with politics.

We all should remember that the dog show is and shall always be a festive and happy event for those who love dogs and there shall be no place for political and commercial disputes and manifestations. The AKC shall never forget about these fundamental things as well.
Those people all over the world who are against any laws and political trends in Russia should and express its disagreement using any legally allowed and democratic tools and ways – why you are not demonstrating your disagreement with our law against Gay Propaganda Among Children (please note, that’s the true name and objectives of this law) via demonstrations with rainbow flags in your hands or using other ways and public appeals?

Why are we now letting somebody play political, economic and social games with us by mixing them up with true ideas and principles of dog shows activities?

None of the International Organizations imposed any kind of sanctions against Russia, all economic, cultural and political activities with the rest of the world are effective and rapidly developing and it proves that the UNO and all other Organization do not assume there is a threat to human rights in our country.
So, let’s stop this hypocrisy on internet and those who cannot sleep because of some laws which they consider to be unfriendly or undemocratic should get visas and come to Russia anytime and express its disagreement by standing with other members of Russian LGTB community via live demonstrations, meetings and mass media. Don’t you think that it will be a real contribution to protection of LDTB rights than sitting here in the web and Facebook and posting inefficient statements and appeals for moving the 2016 WDS from Moscow?! This sabotage should be finally stopped.

We all know about excellent organization of the 2013 IAAF World Championships in Moscow. There has been no a single case of abuse of somebody’s right because of sexual orientation. Many of athletes devotes their medals to Russian LGTB community – and I believe it was the right way to support Russian and European gays and other people who need support in other spheres of life. Sabotage, in any form, is not an efficient tool for resolving problems because it is a deadend which leads to a faster growing gap but not mutual understanding and cooperation which we all need in fact. Mass media has not reported on any cases of abuse of rights of homosexual sportsmen or sporting fans, everything was friendly like it is supposed to be at such events.

I believe that all European and American judges, who used to judge in Russia and who still come here on regular basis because they do appreciate the level of organization of our shows, high level of their accommodation here and other comfortable and convenient sides of Russian shows, will now confirm that they never had problems or obstacles when they wanted and did actually live in hotels with their partners of the same gender, they never faced a single case of harassment or abuse because of their homosexuality or any disrespect for LGBT rights.

President of America, Prime Minister of Great Britain and many European Leaders and Politicians have already declared their positions against any sabotaging the 2014 Olympic Games and they called on and asked their people not to join any campaigns to boycott the Sochi Olympics. So, regarding the WDS 2916 it should not be an exception and you all should support your leaders who announced to the World that a boycott can never be a solution for a problem.

Russia is waiting for everybody to come to the WDS 2016 whatever your religious, political or sexual choice and preferences are. With our open hearts and extended hands we are welcoming our old and new friends. I do not doubt that everybody who stands for real values and mission of the world-wide community will come to Moscow and enjoy high organizational level of our future WDS 2016, unique friendly atmosphere and famous Russian hospitality. We fully share that family sprit of European dog shows and by all means we support the FCI’s initiatives to support and promote the baseline values through ensuring high organizational level of our shows in Russia and exerting ourselves to the utmost degree to observance and ensure full compliance with true principles of dogs healthcare, kindness, mutual understanding between different nations and atmosphere of cooperation and I am absolutely confident that all Russian breeders, owners and judges do not tolerate any signs and traces of racism, harassment or any other violation of human rights.

Эта любовь к животным, и собак, в частности, объединила нас, и в силу этого чувства так многие из нас решили работать в таких сложных, но очень интересное поле-кинология; профессия, которая приносит радость для всех нас.

В этом году Русская Кинологической Федерации отмечает свое 20-летие. Профессиональные прогресса нашей заводчиков, кинологов и владельцев питомника очевидна. Это наше коммунальное достижение). За это время мы приобрели значительный опыт, который мы хотели бы поделиться с вами, мы также разработали породы, которыми по праву гордимся. За 20 лет своего существования наша федерация получила уважение как авторитетный и профессиональный, во всем мире. 1600-шоу, чемпионатов и испытания проводятся ежегодно под эгидой РКФ. Paramount шоу, безусловно, являются те, которые проводятся в России Столица-Москва. К ним относятся: «Евразия» (12000 записей), "Россия" (6000 записей), и чемпион Шоу "Золотой ошейник" (1000 записей). Речь идет о наиболее престижных выставках, объединяющих огромное количество экспонентов из дальних концов России, Восточной Европы и бывших советских республик. Все это свидетельствует о том, что в России бесспорно, высокий культурный уровень в разведении собак и посещаемость.

Все показывает, РКФ проводятся в большинстве современных выставки место в России, Международный выставочный центр "Крокус Экспо". Мы планируем проведение шоу (2016) через 23, 24, 25, 26 июня, который является самым приятным летний месяц с точки зрения погодных условий. В это время года температура колеблется от 24-28 градусов С. В передней части центра есть бесплатное заряда стоянки подходит к парку 26600 автомобилей, подземный паркинг разместится еще один 3000 легковых автомобилей и фургонов. Дорогие друзья! Русский Федерации Кинологической с удовольствием получают честь для реализации Всемирной выставке 2016 года. РКФ приглашает универсальный любители собак и судей. Для желанные гости в нашей стране представляет собой в высшей важные дела. Традиции щедрости в России очень сильны и русские всегда ассоциироваться с этим. У нас есть обширный и устойчивый опыт организации и проведения таких мероприятий, как Олимпийские игры (летние 1980), Евровидение (2009) ...

В этом году мировое сообщество поручено нашей страны с нерегулярным мира по хоккею на коньках чемпионата. И мы гордимся тем, что члены Всемирного олимпийского комитета единогласно проголосовали России принять у себя зимние Олимпийские игры 2014 года, чемпионата мира по хоккею 2016 года, и Слово футболу 2018 года.

Наш предварительный расчет показывает, что расчетное число экспонентов исключительно русскую может находиться рядом с 20 000! Следовательно, это может случиться так, что на Всемирной выставке собак в Москве может стать одним из самых значительных событий в Кинологической мира.

Честь нам свои голоса, и с нашей стороны Русской Кинологической Федерации сделает все от него зависящее для обеспечения того, чтобы на Всемирной выставке собак проводится на самом верхнем уровне.

Dear friends,

I am infinitely happy to be given this opportunity to address all of you, on behalf of RKF team and myself personally, on the pages of this special issue. I am pleased to be able to talk to those of you who, one way or another, linked their lives to dogs--our four-footed comrades and friends, who stay true to us whatever the circumstances. This love of animals, and dogs in particular has united us, and by virtue of this feeling so many of us decide to work in such challenging yet very interesting field—cynology; a profession that brings joy to all of us.

This year the Russian Kynological Federation celebrates its 20th anniversary. Professional progress of our breeders, cynologists and kennel owners is obvious. This is our communal achievement). During this time we’ve acquired a considerable amount of experience, which we’d like to share with you; we also developed breeds, of which are rightfully proud. In 20 years of its existence our Federation has gained respect as being reputable and professional, all over the world. Over 1600 shows, championships and trials are being held yearly under the aegis of RKF. Paramount shows, certainly, are those being held in Russia’s capital—Moscow. They are: “Eurasia” (12000 entries), “Russia” (6000 entries), and Champion Show “Golden Collar” (1000 entries). These are the most prestigious shows which unify vast amounts of exhibitors from far ends of Russian Federation, Eastern Europe and Former Soviet Republics. All of this attests to Russia’s undeniably high cultural standards in dog breeding and attendance.

All RKF shows are held in the most contemporary expo venue in Russia—International Exhibition Center “Crocus Expo”. We plan on carrying the show (2016) through on 23, 24, 25, 26 of June, which is most enjoyable summer month in terms of weather conditions. At that time of year the temperature ranges from about 24-28 degrees C. In front of the Center there is a free-of-charge parking area fit to park 26,600 cars; an underground parking will house another 3000 cars and vans. It is planned to be held at the “Crocus Expo Center” technical specifications that will empower us to carry out any show that will meet with the highest professional demands.

Dogs, acknowledged and prized at RKF shows, regularly rank highest positions on cynological pedestals both in European and World shows. I’d like to point out to the fact that number of Russian breeders at the European and World shows projects a substantial part of overall number of participants. For example, there were 1378 Russian national exhibitors registered at the World Dog Show in 2010 (Russia placed 6th in entry numbers), 1704 fellow countrymen at the European Dog Show 2010 in Slovenia, (Russia placed 2nd in entry numbers), 2694 exhibitors took part in the World Dog Show 2009 in Slovakia, in 1006 in Finland there were 2400 Russians. According to figures from the Societe Canine Centrale, entry number for the World Dog Show in Paris compiles to 10 000 exhibitors.

Dear friends! Russian Kynological Federation will gladly receive the honour to implement the World Dog Show 2016. RKF cordially invites universal dog lovers and judges. To welcome guests in our country is a supremely important affair. A tradition of largesse in Russia is very strong and Russians always associate with this. We have an extensive and steady experience of organizing and staging of such events as Olympics (summer 1980), Eurovision song contest (2009)…

This year the global community entrusted our country with non-scheduled World Ice-skating Championship. And we are proud that members of World Olympic Committee unanimously voted Russia to host winter Olympics 2014, World Hockey Championship 2016, and Word Football Cup 2018.

Our preliminary computation indicates that the estimated number of solely Russian exhibitors could be anywhere near 20 000! Consequently, it could happen so that the World Dog Show held in Moscow could become one of the most significant Kynological events in the World.

Honour us with your vote and on our part The Russian Kynological Federation will do all in its power to ensure that the World Dog Show is held on the uppermost level.

Недавно построенный 3* отель "Аквариум", расположенный на территории выставочного комплекса "Крокус Экспо", можно рассматривать как одно из самых удобных мест для размещения.

ВЫСТАВОЧНАЯ ПЛОЩАДКА
Площадкой для проведения Чемпионата Мира в 2016 году был выбран самый крупный и элитный выставочный центр мира - Международный выставочный центр "Крокус Экспо". Участники выставки смогут комфортно расположиться в 4-х просторных залах, общая площадь которых достигает 400 000 кв.м.
В павильонах МВЦ "Крокус Экспо" имеются отделения банков, кафе и рестораны, пункт заказа такси и гардероб. Прилегающая территория выставочного комплекса оборудована удобным съездом с многополосной автомагистрали. Вблизи находится бесплатная парковка на 26.000 машин, а также станция московского метрополитена, что сделает передвижение гостей столицы максимально удобным.



Россия является огромной страной с богатым духовным наследием и культурными традициями. В центре Москвы в пешей доступности находятся Красная площадь и Московский Кремль, где располагается официальная резиденция Президента страны; Александровский сад, Оружейная палата, Большой театр, Храм Христа Спасителя и другие выдающиеся памятники архитектуры, которые широко известны далеко за пределами Российской Федерации.

Самая большая в мире выставка собак в 2016 году пройдет в России .

Это мировое шоу проводится ежегодно в одной из стран мира.
За 100 лет существования Международной кинологической федерации (FCI ) это кинологическое мероприятие прошло во многих странах Европы и Америки.

Это самая массовая выставка собак. Так, в 2008 году в Стокгольме World Dog Show собрал 11 тысяч собак, столько же четвероногих друзей приняла годом позже Братислава, а в 2010 году в датском Хернинге их было представлено уже 15 тысяч.



Для страны, где проводится Чемпионат Мира, World Dog Show является уникальной возможностью представить национальные породы собак.

На Всемирных выставках собак присваиваются те титулы, которые не могут быть присвоены на других Международных выставках. Например:

Чемпиона мира

Титул «Чемпион мира» присуждается в чемпионском, рабочем, отрытом и промежуточном классах кобелю или суке, которые претендуют на CACIB и на лучшего кобеля/суку в случае, если порода предварительно признана МКФ.

Юный чемпион мира
Титул «Юный чемпион мира» присуждается лучшему кобелю или суке вреди юниоров, которые получили оценку «1 отлично».

Чемпион мира среди ветеранов
Титул «Чемпион мира среди ветеранов» присуждается лучшему кобелю или суке вреди ветеранов, которые получили оценку «1 отлично».

Титул «World Hope » («Мировая перспектива »)
Титул «World Hope» присуждается лучшему кобелю или суке, которые получили оценку «1 большие перспективы» в классе щенков.

Также на подобных выставках обычно присваиваются титулы чемпионов той страны, в которой проходит World Dog Show.

В день проведения Всемирной выставки запрещается проводить другие выставки ранга CACIB в том же регионе.

В течение каждой Всемирной выставки собак организаторы также должны проводить Всемирный чемпионат по послушанию ( обидиенс — obedience ).
